Swimming Lessons Information

* 8 ½ hour sessions from 10:15-10:45 or 11-11:30 on June 5, 6, 7, 9, 16, 19, 21, and 23

*6 45 minute sessions from 4:30-5:15 on June 6, 8, 16, 20, 21, 22

*If you know your child’s previous Red Cross Learn to Swim level provide it but we understand some children may have a gap in lessons due to facilities not holding lessons because of Covid or they may have an equivalent level due to attending a facility that uses a program other than Red Cross. Kids can grow and improve on their own over the years so feel free to estimate and we will confirm where they should be placed the first day of lessons.

*Please come to lessons without flotation devices or swim aids.

*For the preschool level we ask that the child be out of diapers.  The preschool level will be taught between the big pool and wading pool due to our big pool being 3 feet deep at the shallow end.  Some preschool skills are safer to teach where the child can touch and our wading pool is deep enough to practice most skills.

*We will try to keep classes under 10 students per section to increase the quality of instruction for each participant.

*Goggles can be used for older students practicing strokes but some skills are water safety and survival skills and students will be required to complete them without goggles to make it realistic.  Please no goggles for preschool kids-they are a distraction.
