We also had special guests from FBLA and the Hatton Helping Hands Food bank present. FBLA members, Abby Padilla, Izzy Padilla, and Bethany Parsons are using a food drive as their community outreach program for the FBLA State Competition.

The senior class along with FBLA wants to thank everyone who donated or contributed to the Halloween Bash. We were successful in raising over $3,000 for Gerri Ann Ellingson as she fights her battle with breast cancer.

3. There will be a Robotics meeting for interested students grades 8-12 on Wednesday Nov 5th at 3:10 in the Study Hall room.

Join us for the Veterans Day program

Hatton Eielson School’s Business Department has received a $1500 grant from NDDPI (North Dakota Department of Public Instruction) and NDSU Extension that will provide our Management Class with leadership instruction through a program called Building Tomorrow’s Leaders. One of the roles as young leaders is to coordinate a community service project and the class voted to help the community get ready for the winter season. With that being said, if you are needing help with yard work such as raking or picking up leaves, please call the school at 701-543-3455. This project will be done next week Wednesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday at 8:30am for about an hour. The class looks forward to helping out the community.
