The Agribusiness class studied agritourism and the impact of agribusiness in North Dakota, with an emphasis on wheat production. As part of the lesson, students created a value-added product using Dakota Maid Flour. They partnered with kindergarten students to make salt dough Easter ornaments, allowing for a hands-on learning experience. Students were actively engaged and developed strong connections between agriculture, product development, and community collaboration.
