Faye Duncan, the director of the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Hatton, visited our school on November 3rd to talk to students about the importance of our upcoming food drive. She explained how our project will help the community and shared ways students can get involved.
Mrs. Duncan spoke first with the high school students and then visited the elementary classes to encourage everyone to participate. To make things even more exciting, we’ll be having a competition between all grades to see who can bring in the most items! The winning class will enjoy a movie and popcorn party during one of their classes. 🍿🎬. Let’s all work together to make a difference for families in our community! 💙

The senior class along with FBLA wants to thank everyone who donated or contributed to the Halloween Bash. We were successful in raising over $3,000 for Gerri Ann Ellingson as she fights her battle with breast cancer.

3. There will be a Robotics meeting for interested students grades 8-12 on Wednesday Nov 5th at 3:10 in the Study Hall room.

Come out and support our Thunder Volleyball team tonight in their Regional Qualifier matchup with Griggs-Midkota. We play the 2nd game of the night, 25 mins after game 1 which starts at 4pm. 4. Congratulations to the first grade class for making their reading goal! Mrs. Pawlowski will wear an inflatable costume next Friday.
